This farm is the largest aloe vera cultivation area in Japan and is cultivated organically. A factory is set up on the premises nearby to manufacture juices and raw materials for cosmetics. As a weed management staff in the aloe field, you can interact with animals such as goats and rabbits that have been grazed. The colorful goat pyramid is a must-see. At the cafe attached to the ranch, you can enjoy a menu using aloe juice, shaved ice, aloe and honey from our farm.
It is the largest cultivation area in Japan with 15 hectares and aloe vera cultivation area including about 30 affiliated farmers. The aloe vera field of Shiro Farm has acquired organic JAS certification, and we are cultivating safe and secure organic aloe vera.
The appearance of a goat climbing and relaxing on the "goat pyramid", which is made up of colorful blocks (anchors and weights called ton blocks and ton stones in Okinawa that prevent buildings from flying during a typhoon), is It's an indescribable sight.
Goats manage weeds, which is the most difficult task in cultivating aloe vera, and the circulation agriculture that composts the dung is cultivated in a nature- and environment-friendly manner.
