ガイドさんの案内で、息子とマウンテンバイクで多摩センター周辺の里山を3時間程度サイクリングしました。林道や田畑、時には竹林のアップダウンを走るのは爽快でした。また、都内にも関わらずあれだけ野鳥の鳴き声か聞けるのは珍しいと思います。是非また参加します。
本当にはじめての体験でした。
ひとつひとつ丁寧に教えていただけたので、とてもわかりやすく初心者2人でも楽しめました。
想像以上にキツイ登り坂(山道)がありましたが休憩をタイミング良くとってくださり、いい汗を流すことができました！
はじめての体験がとても良い記憶となり、これからがとても楽しみです。

写真からは想像できない細い山道をくねくね進むのはスリル満点でした。基礎の基礎から教えていただけたので、初心者でも安心して参加できました。
