体重をかけながら足首で微調整を繰り返すので、ひたすらつま先立ちしている感じです。
慣れてくれば大丈夫なのかもしれませんが・・・
30分が長かった。疲労困ぱい、歳のせいかも。
スクワットで鍛えてからまた挑戦してみたいです。
ここから申し込んだので、少し安くなったのも良かった。
