"Sea Dream Okinoerabu" on the island of Okinagarabu (Okinagawa) in Kagoshima Prefecture is the only PADI certified diving shop on the island. Various programs ranging from experiencing diving to fun diving and licensing course are offered that even beginners can enjoy and can enjoy safe and comfortable diving.
