The 90-year-old tea garden "Yume Chabo", which has been in business for three generations since the first year of Showa, provides a sightseeing experience. I will teach you the process of making green tea.
Green tea is roasted by hand using a custom-made machine. Over time, the scent of tea will come into play.
We make original matcha by pulling "tencha", which is the raw material of matcha, with a mortar.
The tea roasted by ourselves is packed as a souvenir. Only one original tea leaf in the world.
