Plan description

1. Mt. Fuji 5th Station
Visit the 5th station of Mt. Fuji, a very popular sightseeing spot! The summit of Mt. Fuji can be viewed from the 5th station at the end of the Fuji Subaru Line at an altitude of 2,300 meters!
* In the period from December to March, the bus cannot go to the 5th station as it is closed, and the tour visits Fujiten Snow Resort, where you can have snow-viewing experience and some time for taking photos. Also, visit Mt. Fuji World Heritage Center located at the entrance to the Mt. Fuji trail.

2. Relish a lunch buffet at "Sylvans", a restaurant located at the foot of Mt. Fuji.

3. Arakurayama Sengen Park
View Mt. Fuji from Arakurayama Sengen Park, a famous viewing spot that attracts visitors from both Japan and worldwide. The view is enhanced by the five-story pagoda which is often seen on marketing brochures.
* You will need to climb 400 steps from the entrance of the park up to the pagoda. Please wear comfortable shoes.
* If the walking path is frozen, you will visit Oshino Hakkai instead.

5. Chateau Katsunuma Winery
Yamanashi is one of Japan's most famous grape production areas. Taste samples of wine and grape juice.

All-you-can-eat seasonal fruits!

Scheduled fruits picking season:
December-March: all-you-can-pick and eat strawberries (30 mins)
May-June 19th: all-you-can-pick and eat cherries (30 mins)
June 20th ~ August 5th: All-you-can-eat peaches served on plates (approx. 30 min) and 1 peach for souvenir (30 mins)
August 6th-November 10th: all-you-can-pick and eat grapes (30 mins)

Note: The fruit picked on the day may be different from originally planned. Any request for the type of fruit to be picked is not accepted.

Language Support

A tour conductor or staff of your preferred language will accompany the tour from the designated meeting place (at a designated airport in case of a tour with airplanes) and provides the participant with basic information necessary for the tour (such as meeting place and time at) Information on sightseeing in the areas of tour destinations will not be provided. However, brochures in your preferred language will be provided.

Dress code - Must bring items * Please wear comfortable shoes.
* Wearing clothes and shoes that let you move easily and comfortably is strongly recommended.
* It is strongly recommended to wear warm clothes or bring extra clothes as Mt Fuji 5th Station is located at 2,305m above sea level and the temperature is 10-15 degrees lower than at the foot of the mountain.It is also advisable to wear walking shoes.

Matters require attention * If the Fuji Subaru Line is closed due to bad weather, the 5th station will be skipped and the tour may visit an alternative sightseeing place around Mt.Fuji.
* Depending on the season, the itinerary and fruits will be different.
* Fruit ripening time varies slightly according to weather.In some cases, pre-picked fruits might be served instead of picking fruit.
* Depending on traffic conditions etc, the order of the itinerary may change.
* Mt Fuji may not be viewed in case of bad weather.
Other notifications * We will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather etc.)
* The tour end point may be different from the meeting point.Ask the tour conductor on the day.
