Learn how to make delicious vegetarian local cuisine from the locals themselves!
Tour Highlights:
✔ Experience seasonal vegetable harvesting at a local farm
✔ Use your freshly picked veggies to make 'Imoni' hot pot and 'Hatto-jiru' soup!
✔ Learn about the unique ecosystem of the area at the birdlife sanctuary

The focus of this trip is all about fresh, delicious FOOD!
Start the experience at a local farm where you will get the chance to hand pick your own seasonal vegetables or a bag of huge shiitake mushrooms! Take them back to the Izunuma fresh produce center and learn how to make the local specialty 'Imoni' hot- pot and 'Hatto-jiru' soup at a cooking class with some friendly local 'okaasan' (mothers).
