Thank you for your cooperation. ① About the number of people holding the tour for the time being ● Experience diving, snorkeling ・ ・ ・ Because it is difficult to secure the distance between guests due to wearing a mask, reservations will be accepted as a chartered tour for only one group per course. ● River kayaking, mountain climbing course ・ ・ ・ We accept reservations for up to 2 groups from the viewpoint of avoiding a large number of guests while ensuring the distance between guests during the tour. (Please note that parking lots and tour points are shared by each shop.) * Subject to change depending on corona infection status. Thank you for your understanding for safe holding. ② About reservation reception We will accept the reservation after confirming that the following items do not apply. ● There is close contact with those who have been identified as positive for the new coronavirus infection. ● Some people are suspected of being infected by their family members or close acquaintances. ● There is a trip to a country or region where it has been announced that an observation agency is required after entering Japan, and there is close contact with the resident. ● Other symptoms of possible infection with the new coronavirus. If the item applies, make a reservation considering the time interval from the reservation to the scheduled date. Or there is no worry of infection. We will refuse the reservation until it is judged. ③ Please manage your physical condition on the guest side until the tour date. We will ask you about your physical condition at the final confirmation the day before. ● I have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher. ● There is strong fatigue (malaise) and suffocation. ● I have a cough, sputum, or chest discomfort. ● I feel an abnormality in my sense of smell and taste. ● Other symptoms of possible infection with the new coronavirus. ☆ Please let us know immediately if any of the cases (2) and (3) occur after the reservation and by the day before the tour. ④ Pick-up and drop-off ● From the viewpoint of infection prevention, please rent a car or gather at the site by public transportation as much as possible. ● We also support pick-up and drop-off for guests who wish to pick up and drop off (clean the seating surface inside the car, ventilate by opening the window while moving, wear a mask for the guide, disinfect hands and mask before boarding for guests. Please wear it.) ⑤ At the time of tour explanation ● The guide wears a mask. Keep as much distance as possible between guests and guides. ⑥ Disinfection of tools used in the tour ● After use, disinfect everything that can be washed by soaking it in a disinfectant solution. Cleaning and disinfecting tools that cannot be soaked. * At our shop, we will use public facilities for bathing (experience diving only) and changing clothes after the tour. We are preparing disinfectant sprays and sheets for those who are interested in using them. (Please note that the use of public facilities may change depending on the situation.) * Until now, towels for changing clothes were prepared here, but it has been changed to prepare for infection prevention measures. In addition, we are preparing tea to warm the body as before, but if you can prepare it, please cooperate. ⑦ Cancellation ● Cancellation due to a state of emergency will not be charged as it is not convenient for guests. Also, if you are infected with or suspected of being infected with corona after making a reservation, we do not consider the infection to be the responsibility of the guest, so we will not charge a cancellation fee. There is no cancellation fee, but please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to refrain from doing so.
