You can taste all wasabi dishes.
Okura Village is a member of the Most Beautiful Villages in Japan, and we are also an associate member. In a beautiful landscape and clear air, we do not use pesticides and cultivate only the delicious spring water called "Masutama no Shimizu". At Wasabi Kobo Okura, we have a tour of the wasabi house and experience of harvesting. Have you ever seen a whole wasabi strain? Wasabi can be eaten from the beard root to the leaves. Why don't you take this opportunity to taste all wasabi dishes?

Plan attractions
山葵醤油 For the processing experience of "Wasabi soy sauce", slide the wasabi into a bottle and add special soy sauce. Attach the cap and label and you're done.
You can sample the processed wasabi product over bread or rice.
You can enjoy all wasabi dishes in the Yamaaoi Gozen course. (Please apply as an option)
わさび加工体験 サメ皮のおろし器でわさびを摺って、瓶に入れ、特製醤油を注ぎ、山葵醤油の完成です。
山葵御膳 ひげ根から葉っぱまですべて使用した山葵御膳を楽しんでいただけます！
Time schedule
