Wear safety equipment such as wet suits, helmets, and life jackets, and walk or go along the mountain stream while immersing yourself in the clear waters of valleys and streams flowing through the mountains. And it is a great adventure in the valley of the wilderness, to jump from the great rocks and waterfalls, to swim in the natural clear waters and waterfalls, and from the great rocks and waterfalls.
At Frog Adventure, we are holding a shower climbing (walking in the river) around Nasu, which is an introductory event that even children can participate in. It's a lot of fun to walk and cross along the mountain stream while immersing yourself in the valleys that flow through the mountains and the clear water of the river. Dive the most upstream part of the Naka River from Oiwa to the waterfall basin in a wet suit and life jacket! Everyone will be impressed by the clean water.
There is a large waterfall (Yazawa Falls) in the back of the waterfall, and the basin is large and you can go around the back of the waterfall, so you can swim to your heart's content and play vigorously. Then, after finishing at Itamuro Onsen, warm your cold body slowly in the hot spring to heal the tiredness of the day.

Infiltrate the back of the waterfall! Sneak into the back of Yazawa Falls and enjoy the waterfall curtains. And, from the back side of the waterfall, a waterfall basin dive!
With solid equipment! You can enjoy a safe adventure by wearing a life jacket, helmet, wet suit, and water shoes.
