Q. i saw booking only have 6:00am, do you have event at 07:30am. We can only reach your place at around 7:00am. If the booking is at 6:00am, when the ballon will raise ? 6:00am ? We only have 4 persons. Will you raise the ballon for 4 persons ?

A. Thank you for your inquiry.

This plan start at early morning(about 5～7AM）. Meeting time varies depending on the season.
If you apply to this plan, the operating company will contact you the day before the event to check the conditions of the event, confirm and decide whether the event will be held or not, and notify you via your cell phone or e-mail.
Also the Meeting time will be decided by the operating company and announced at that time, as it depends on the season and the total number of people who have made reservations.

*Conditions for implementation
1. Total number of reservations (adults) must be 17 or more by the reservation deadline.
