Sunset yoga on a beautiful, tranquil beach. Time to receive in your mind and body the power of Ishigaki Island's rich nature and the beautiful sea, the healing power, and gifts from the earth. We will take you to a quiet natural beach away from the city center. Enjoy a luxurious time surrounded by nature. Since it is held in the evening, you can also use it on the day of your arrival. ~ Procedure of the day ~ - Schedule of the day - Pick-up and transfer to your accommodation or meeting on site (held at a beach about 30 minutes from the city center) Approximately 75 minutes of beach yoga Tea time on the beach Earthing/relaxation time Dissolution on site *Rainy weather In this case, yoga will be held in a place that is protected from the rain and has a good view, or in a dedicated studio.

A female yoga instructor residing in Ishigaki Island with a wealth of teaching experience will guide you. Careful lectures in small groups. This is a relaxing and gentle lesson, so even those who are new to yoga can feel free to join us. (This plan is limited to women. Men can also participate only if accompanied by a woman.)
