① Department (genre of street dance, how to dance etc) (10 minutes)
② Gymnastics & Stretch (10 minutes)
③ Rhythm training (5 minutes)
④ Isolation (5 minutes)
⑤ Abdominal muscle, back muscle, pushing up (5 minutes)
⑥ Step (20 minutes)
⑦ Routine (dancing by choreography) (35 minutes)
