Practice on the sandy beach while watching the ocean on the observation deck!
~ Flow of the day ~
① Department (genre of street dance, how to dance etc) (10 minutes)
② Gymnastics & Stretch (10 minutes)
③ Rhythm training (5 minutes)
④ Step (15 minutes)
⑤ Simple routine (dancing with choreography) (20 minutes)
Mr. Makku always studies the latest dance with the motto "Lifetime active dancers" and guides us.
