Plan description

You can make pottery vessels by your favorite technique such as electric powered rattling, hand twisting and Tatara molding.
It is temporary that I can become inexpensive while listening to the voice of Ugusu in spring, semi in summer, cricket in fall.

~ Flow of the day ~
① Decide on the work to be assembled (15 minutes)
② Demonstration and experience (90 minutes)
③ Selection of glazes and entry of work cards (15 minutes)

You can choose your favorite technique. Part 1 <Electric potter's wheel> (11 years old and over)

Electric potter's wheel: From preparing the soil (rubbing the chrysanthemum) to centering the soil on the potter's wheel (killing the soil) → making a potter's wheel You can make one.

You can choose your favorite technique. Part 2 <Hand twist> Part 3 <Tatara>

Hand twist: You can freely handle the soil like playing with clay and make your favorite works such as vessels and animals. You can make a tasteful work that is different from the potter's wheel. Tatara molding: You can stretch the soil into a plate, cut it into parts and join them together, mold it on a mold, or add a fine pattern that cannot be produced by potter's wheel or hand twisting.

You can choose your favorite color glaze for each work

You can choose your favorite color from about 20 kinds of glaze for each work made. The work after molding will be done in this kiln and will be completed in about one month.

We will take the following measures as a countermeasure against the new coronavirus infection. * Please bring and wear a mask when you visit. * Please disinfect your hands and fingers with alcohol when entering the room. * If you have a fever, cough, or other physical condition, you may be refused entry. * The instructor will wear a face shield. For those who have experience Goggles are available, so please use them. * Please use each potter's wheel. (Up to 3 people can experience at once) * When working on a table, a partition plate will be installed in the center of the table to set individual spaces. * Open the window to ventilate.
