Plan description

"Hakushu" was made at the Hakushu Distillery in Yamanashi Prefecture.
I use it in the water to be charged with natural water of the Southern Alps.

The blender is a single malt whiskey born, picking out the ideal malt.
As fresh as the forest young leaves, with malt with a smoky flavor hintily,
Please enjoy peculiarity, born with overlapping sake that gives complexity and depth.

We will compare four kinds of "Hakushu 18 years", "Hakushu 12 years", "Shirahashi" and "Chita".
I will give you a bottle for everyone you guessed.

~ Flow of the day ~
1. Store visit (Please come at convenient time)
2. This time, I will introduce 4 kinds of drinks you drink.
3. Tasting four kinds of liquor. Pour 15 ml and taste a little.
