"Suwa side soba dojo" is a full-scale soba dojo with 36 bowls.
A lively soba making experience and tasting at a face-to-face meeting where the conversation boils happily.
Because you use the preeminent "Shinshu Nyuka Soba flour", even those who have experienced for the first time can eat soba that has been connected for a long time.

Experience soba noodles in Suwa

Why don't you try to experience soba buckwheat noodles at Suwa?

It is a soba making experience with one bowl or two bowls per bowl.
Boiled buckwheat noodles are boiled in separate pots for each hitter and group.

We offer the taste and wasabi.
The remaining buckwheat noodles are taken home with a simple cold storage bag containing a cold storage agent.
There is a small children's platform so you can work from 5 years old alone.
