SUP (Stand Up Paddle) is a new water sport that rides on the big surfboard and moves on the water while paddling.
There is a guide how to ride at the beginning of the tour, and since it is a dam lake there is no wave or flow, so even small children, uncles, aunties and dogs can enjoy safely and securely.
The only Yanome Dam Lake in Nasu is a location with plenty of nature! It is a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle. There is also a fantastic point where trees extend from the suspension bridge and the surface of the water, so the healing degree is outstanding ... Why not enjoy nature that you can not taste in everyday life with SUP?
It's easy to ride because it uses a board with outstanding stability! Regardless of gender or age, both beginners and children can easily enjoy it. At the beginning of the tour, there is a guide on how to ride, so it's okay for beginners or alone! Experienced staff will do their best to support you! Please feel free to join us, both alone and doggy!
SUP can also ride with a doggy, so you can enjoy activities in nature with your dog ♪ Those who like sightseeing with their dog will surely be satisfied. Time schedule
Assemble / preparation Those who participate in the tour will meet at the park parking lot at the back of Yanome Dam Lake between 9: 30-9: 45. When you arrive, please fill out the reception application form and pay the participation fee. Please make preparations such as changing clothes in advance.
Tour Start Paddle Lecture A paddling lecture will be held in the open space. We will demonstrate using the board, so let's practice while moving together! We provide easy-to-understand explanations for children, so it is safe for families to participate.
Depart for the lake It's time to leave for the lake!
Sit down and practice First, let's start rowing into the lake from a sitting position. Get the hang of how to use the paddle and get a feel for playing and bending.
Stand up when you get used to it! If you get used to it and want to stand up, stand up and row while balancing. Of course, it's fun enough to sit down, so you don't have to stand forcibly! Let's enjoy "Mizukami Sanpo" while moving to the depths of the lake.
