It is a lecture which you can acquire skills of fun and full-fledged soba noodle, and acquire various knowledge on buckwheat. The journey time is about 2 hours.
I will do it together with a buckwheat noodle cram school which is open on Sunday three times a month. Please apply as soon as possible because there is a capacity.
First of all, the chief beats soba. View the soba making by "modern master craftsmanship" certified by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare as an outstanding technician and commentary.
Hit buckwheat noodles with one car. Since the principal and the instructor teach carefully, even the first person will be able to strike real buckwheat noodles.
After buckwheat, you will eat buckwheat soaked by the president. Please buckwheat soaked at yourself at home. We prepare containers and bags.
