Plan description

At the factory of "Takeda's Sasa Kamaboko" in Shiogama City, Miyagi Prefecture, everyone will grill the skewered Sasa Kamaboko. Enjoy freshly baked sasa-kamaboko that you can't taste at home! It takes about 15 minutes. Comes with an assortment of mini bamboo baskets as a souvenir!

Feel free to experience

Anyone can participate because it's just baked! Authentic "Shiogama" bamboo fish paste made by the traditional manufacturing method since its establishment, focusing on the manufacturing method, materials, taste, texture, and quality. Please bake it fragrantly and taste it carefully.

The facility has a "souvenir market" with many famous local shops. We have a wide variety of souvenirs, including seafood, delicacies, dried foods, beef tongue, confectionery, local sake, and fruits. We also have freshly made sasa-kamaboko! Please stop by for a memory of your trip.
