Plan description

A log house near Amagi-goe - Joren Falls in the middle of Izu is a landmark. This is a plan where you can experience making pizza in a handmade stone oven (geo kiln) made from lava (scoria) from a volcano (Mt. Hachikubo). Stretch out the fermented pizza dough and add any toppings you like with fresh local ingredients. If you put it in a stone oven at about 300 degrees, piping hot pizza will be ready in about 3 to 4 minutes. In addition, for customers who make reservations for 6 or more people, we will be happy to provide you with a Dutch oven "1 steamed young chicken"! *If you are a group of 6 or more people, please apply from the group-only option.

Ingredients will be prepared here, so you can come empty-handed. However, if you want to enjoy your favorite toppings, you can bring your own topping ingredients and use them to make pizza.

We serve one "young chicken steamed Dutch oven dish" for every 6 people. You can also bake amago and trout caught in a nearby managed fishing spot in a stone oven.

You can experience it with your dog.
