Enjoy your first SUP experience in Yokohama! ★The water surface is flat and waveless all year round, so even beginners and those with little experience can participate safely and securely♪ Our staff will give you a wonderful photo during the tour! ★We have more than 30 Japan Stand Up Paddle Board Association (SUPA) certified instructors, and more than 1,500 people experience this plan every year with high-quality instruction. ★We have plans tailored to our customers, from single people to small groups to large groups, and it is a great value tour that allows you to enjoy the scenery of Yokohama and Minato Mirai from the water♪ *The price includes changing rooms, photos during the tour, and insurance! *Shower fee is 300 yen★Of course, you can participate as many times as you like! We also have a club membership system for those who want to regularly paddle SUP at the Yokohama SUP Club, so please ask our staff before and after the tour♪★Regarding children's participation・The standard height is 130 cm or more. ・Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

In addition, we recommend avoiding black or black-colored clothing as it does not reflect sunlight and tends to absorb it. Wetsuit rental is not required in summer. Avoid using denim material. <For spring/autumn/winter tours> Please bring quick-drying, heat-retaining sportswear. We rent wet suits and wet pants from 1,000 yen per suit. The number of rental wear is limited. Avoid using denim material. ☆Shoes Please bring bare feet or marine shoes with thin soles if you have them. Surf boots are best in winter. 気軽に楽しく横浜で水上さんぽ！ 水の上を大きなサーフボードの上に立ってパドルで漕ぎ進むスポーツ！横浜の海は波も無く初心者も安心して練習できます。水上を歩く速さよりも少し速いくらいのスピードで漕ぎ進んでいきます。余り馴染みがない方も無理なく楽しんで頂けます。

体幹を引き締め、ダイエット効果も高い有酸素運動！ しっかりとバランスをとってボードに立っているから、自然とインナーマッスルが鍛えられます。最近ボードにしっかり立てるようになったなあ～！と思ったら体幹が鍛えられている証拠かも。楽しみながらダイエット効果抜群です！

実績のあるインストラクターが在籍 年間１５００名以上を指導する日本スタンドアップパドルボード協会（SUPA）公認のインストラクターがツアーを担当します。
