Guide can speak good English. They have rental of clothes and shoes which makes it very easy. Lake Toya is beautiful = blue water, clean and clear. You can see the bottom of the lake. Don't worry if you're trying it out the first time, it's easy to kayak since it's a lake without and strong current. Guide will bring you to take walk in the protected forested area and share with you about trees and plants. It's very informative. He will also help you take some good pictures. If you're at Lake Toya, please try this out. I will definitely do this again when I am in Toya next time.
This is a very different experience walking on snow that can be 1m deep. Need some stamina and strength as we walk thru some really deep powdery snow. Saw ice bamboo cave, a very unique structure formed naturally. The guide Fumi-san is very experienced and knowledgeable about the area. He can speak good English, the tea and cookies he prepared for us were yummy! Highly recommended if you want to experience walking on snow while snowing.

10月下旬でも特に今年は暖かく、天候は少し曇ってる時間もありましたが、概ね晴れ、風もなく穏やかな秋晴れの日でした。しかも紅葉真っ盛り、湖上から眺める赤、オレンジ、黄色のグラデーションが素晴らしく、また、透明度の高い湖水に写った紅葉も見事でした。
最初にウェットパンツ、ソックスの履き方、パドルの漕ぎ方、カヌーへの乗船下船のレクチャーを受け出発。初心者でも戸惑うことなく、すんなりと出来ました。漕いでると、どうしても足には水がかかってしまいますが、冷たくないです。カヌーも安定感があり、転覆することはまずないな、と安心して出来ました。
2時間半のツアーは絶景ポイント、映えポイントを巡り、後半は陸に降りて森のツアー、洞爺湖の水質や森の樹々、火山噴火の歴史など教えていただき、温かい麦茶と手作りクッキーで休憩。
いろいろなことが体験できる満足度の高いツアーでした。ガイドの方も優しく丁寧に対応いただき、本当に良い思い出となりました。是非パシフィカさんのカヌーツアー、体験することをお勧めします！

今季の営業最終日になんとか行くことができたのですが、スタッフの方の親切な対応、安心できる案内、情報提供、心もあたたまるお茶にクッキーと、安全に大満喫する探訪ができました。
スノーシューでの往復5kmも休み休みなので、あっという間ですし、特別な高低差もなく、歩きやすい道のりでした。
1.0ポイントのマイナスは、一番美しいと思われる2月に改めて行き、そのとき5.0を付けるためのものです。サービスは料金以上の満足感を得られるものと思います。
Hokkaido governor certified outdoor guides are enrolled. Attended various emergency training such as Wilderness Medical First Aid 40 hour course, firefighting, JRCS. We have registered nurses on our support staff. I participate in in-house scenario training and outdoor guide company joint training, etc., and work with a safety first awareness on a daily basis.
We use top brands such as mont-bell, SEAL LINE, and Perception for rental equipment and kayak gear for kayak tours. Handmade cookies that are particular about Hokkaido ingredients are also popular. A lot of photos taken by the guide with a high-resolution camera will be handed over to the customer's smartphone on the spot via AirDrop or LINE.
The guide is an active local disaster mitigation activity educator who holds the qualification of Lake Toya-Usu Volcano Meister. You can also talk about the geology, volcanic activity, history, and local culture of this area, such as Mt. Usu, Showa Shinzan, and Toya Caldera.
